RETURN POLICY

Handbags:

Our returns policy on our handbags is as stated below:

We hope that you are happy with all of our products however if for any reason you would like to return then please see our policy below:

1.  The item will need to be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies to both domestic & international customers.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely undamaged, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags in-tact.

3.  We do not refund any amount paid for shipping. That includes any amount you paid for delivery or to return the item. We only refund the cost of the item. 

4. Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it is returned damaged or worn in any way unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

5. Please write your order number on top of the parcel & then send to the following address which is:

6. Please note that we are not liable for any issues you might encounter with couriers and shipping your return. All returns must include proof of postage which clearly shows our Return Address and the date it was sent when you return your item in case we do not receive it. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Unfortunately it is not free to return to us and you will need to be paid for by the Customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

8. All returns will be refunded within 14 working days of receipt subject to the Terms & Conditions above.

9. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lastminluxe@gmail.com.

10. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. NO refunds or returns on sale or discounted items or items purchased with a discount code.

Dresses:

All dresses are final sale. These items are not up for return, exchange, credit or refund.

Jewellery:

All jewellery is final sale. These items are not up for return, exchange, credit or refund.

Faux Furs Coats/Vests:

All Faux Fur Vests and Coats are final sale. These items are not up for return, exchange, credit or refund.
