Orders require 2-4 business days to process after ordering, however we try our best to process all orders within 1 business day (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.


We do ship internationally! Having said that, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Last Minute Luxe does not have any control over charges for duty or taxes and we are not responsible for reimbursements. Please be mindful that sometimes packages are subject to being held by customs clearance and this can occur for a number of days at their discretion. For more information on this matter, please call in or check your local customs website. 


Please do make sure that your address is entered accurately and with all details provided. If you have entered your address incorrectly or with improper abbreviations, Last Minute Luxe is not responsible - however, if you notice an error please do email us right away so that we can try to fix the issue if your package has not been processed yet.

Please refer to the shipping times provided above for shipping times. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped out.

If a package is returned to us and wasn't able to be delivered - we will reimburse you for the cost of the items purchased, however we do not reimburse you for shipping costs.

If you refuse any shipments from Last Minute Luxe, you will be held responsible for that and we do not reimburse you for refusing your package.

If your tracking number information indicates that your package has been delivered yet you have not received it, please contact the delivery carrier and address the problem with them. Last Minute Luxe does not accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered. We do not provide reimbursements or refunds for packages that are stated delivered by the carrier.

If your tracking number indicates that your package hasn't been delivered due to an incorrect address, please contact the delivery carrier to change the shipping address. You may be subject to a fee for this change.

We try to do our very best to get your packages shipped and delivered in perfect condition and in the time frame that we advertise. However, once your package leaves our distribution centre we have no control over what may or may not happen during that time. Last Minute Luxe does not hold or accept responsibility over packages that are damaged, lost in transit, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
